This page (lonelylisteners.com, and its associated domains lonelylisteners.club and lonelylistenersclub.com) is operated by Lonely Listeners Club ("LLC," "we," "us"). This policy explains what information we collect from visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Email address.If you use the "Join the list" form, we collect the email address you provide so we can notify you when the club returns and send occasional updates about launch.

Usage and device data. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical information when you visit — things like your browser type, device type, general location (city/region level, inferred from IP address), pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected through standard web analytics and, where enabled, advertising and social pixels (for example, the Meta/Facebook Pixel, and similar tools from platforms like Google, TikTok, or X). These pixels may set cookies or use similar technology in your browser and can be used to measure the effectiveness of our marketing, understand how people find and use the site, and show you relevant ads for Lonely Listeners Club on other platforms.

How we use your information

• To send you updates about the Lonely Listeners Club launch and related announcements.

We use third-party services to operate this site and run the signup list, including Resend (transactional email delivery), Google Sheets (internal signup record-keeping), Vercel (hosting), and, where enabled, advertising/analytics pixels such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and comparable tools. Each of these providers processes data under its own privacy policy and security practices; we only share what's needed for them to perform their function for us.

Cookies and tracking technology

This site may use cookies and similar technologies (such as browser local storage and pixel tags) placed by us or by the third parties listed above, primarily for analytics and ad measurement. This site links to third-party platforms we don't control, including Lisnin (lisnin.io) and our Discord server. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this one.

The site is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lonely Listeners Club is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site.
